My client is a very well respected food manufacturer in the area. They are on the lookout for a number of Machine Operators / Machine Minders / Operatives for their large site. The company is going through a huge period of growth, and it brings with it genuine opportunities to progress your career over the next couple of years.

As well as operating the machinery, the role will also involve:

Setting up and diagnosing plant machinery to run at its maximum efficiency
Diagnosing and reporting faults on all machinery
Working to daily production targets
Maintaining a quality product to specification

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Machine Operator / Machine Operative / Machine Minder / Operator, ideally in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
