We are currently looking for a Production Operator at Derby Road, Loughborough.

Overall Mission:

To undertake pharmaceutical production line operator duties, working safely and in line with the highest standards of cGMP to meet agreed production schedules.

Position Summary:

You will work as part of a team responsible for running an inhalation production line to ensure production targets are met. You will be given training in the department's processes, procedures, and equipment.

You will also be required to follow all safety procedures and practices in your area and ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained. You will learn the importance of good attention to detail as you will be responsible for completing and checking manufacturing records, ensuring they are legible and accurate.

Key activities:

1. Actively engage in ensuring production and changeover targets are met. Win the hour, win the shift, win the day.
2. Proactively demonstrate forward planning, ensuring everything is ready for the next shift.
3. Use escalation processes accordingly to raise any issues, minimising downtime.
4. Follow all safety procedures and practices in the area, ensuring a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
5. Complete and check paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, following the principles of ALCOA.
6. Raise and complete improvement ideas.
7. Show flexibility around the department's needs.

Requirements:

1. GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C or above (preferred).
2. Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis. GMP experience is preferable.
3. Team player.
4. Punctual and reliable.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Location:

Derby Road, Loughborough.

Shift Required: Onsite - 12-hour shifts which are 06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15 - average 40 hours per week.
