Production Operator
Temporary to Permanent
Ellesmere
£12.25 per hour + 28 Days Holiday + Enhanced Overtime Rate
Shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility based in Ellesmere. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work within a supportive and team-focused environment.

The Production Operator Role
  • Operating machinery used in the production of concrete products
  • Preparing and pouring concrete into moulds and ensuring correct curing processes are followed
  • Assisting with the demoulding and finishing of concrete components
  • Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
  • Moving raw materials and finished products around the factory using manual handling techniques or equipment
  • Completing basic production records and data entry
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable, ideally within a construction or heavy materials environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules
  • A good team player who can also work independently when required
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
