About The Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives at our potato processing site in Westwick, Norfolk.

As a Level 1 Production Operative you will be responsible for ensuring that the production process is adhered to in line with retailer requirements and to carry out necessary instructions as specified within production procedures and also ensuring that the Quality procedures are followed. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Online inspection of product prior to packing.
  2. Tipping of bins and accurate completion of associated traceability documentation.
  3. Handstacking of cases.
  4. Binning off product at freezer exit and completion of appropriate traceability and process documentation.
  5. Any other duties as instructed by your manager.

Where appropriate skills are already possessed, assessed and signed off you may be asked to step up to cover those associated tasks and will be paid for that time at the appropriate grade of pay.

Expected Start Date: Immediate.

Hours of work: 4x12 hour shifts for 45 hours per week.

Shift Pattern: Rotating pattern of 1 week of nightshifts and 1 week of day shifts.

SALARY

Up to £12.13 per hour.
