Production Operatives

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious family run manufacturing and production company in Marshland St James. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ Production Operatives to start in April.

This is a permanent role.

Competitive salary offered depending on skills and experience.

Hours will be 4 on 4 off - 6am - 6pm.

Duties will include:

1. Working on a bottle and jar filling line, labelling, and packing line, with technical support and training.
2. Adhering to health and safety policies.
3. Always keeping work areas clean and tidy.

Requirements for the role:

1. Previous experience within a food production environment.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
3. Good attention to detail.
4. Reliable and a strong work ethic.
5. Ability to work as part of a team; however, equally capable of using own initiative.
6. Excellent organisational skills.
