Are you from a Production Operative or similar with some Mechanical background looking to join a company that will offer you bespoke training and a long term career, as well as overtime opportunities to increase your earnings?

On offer is a varied role within a well-established and growing company manufacturing specialist products for the agricultural industry where you will receive continual training to develop your skills where you will be primarily workshop based.

This company has seen continual growth and development thanks to their innovative engineering solutions in manufacturing stun guns for the agricultural industry. They are leaders in their field, and due to continued success, they are looking to expand their team with a Junior Mechanical Technician.

In this role you would be trained at their Sutton Coldfield facility to assemble and test their products. Following extensive training you will stay primarily workshop based but will then also visit customers to maintain, repair, and calibrate all products.

This role would suit someone from a Production Operative with some mechanical background that is looking to increase their earnings, in a long term, stable, Monday-Friday position.

The Role:

1. Training in production and testing of products.
2. Assist with all elements of production, milling, grinding, finishing, final assembly and test.
3. Field visits to repair and maintain products, and teach customers on safe usage of products.

The Person:

1. Some Mechanical experience.
2. Commutable to Sutton Coldfield.
