Job description

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives.

The role will involve operations in the Production area and may involve lifting reasonable loads and sitting/standing for continued periods of time.

Role:

1. Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
2. Maintain a required daily output.
3. Required to ensure production targets are met.
4. Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
5. Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.

Key attributes and skills:

We are looking for team players with good communication skills who may be required to work in a controlled environment. Candidates will have excellent attention to detail and have a good level of numeracy/literacy with the ability to problem solve.
