Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembling components using both power and hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line within a warehouse environment, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assemble products according to specifications, utilising both power tools and hand tools effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on production processes and equipment usage.

Qualifications

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a production or warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
