Production Operative

We are currently looking for a number of Production Operatives to join our dynamic growing client in the Swindon, Wiltshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembling sports equipment
2. Ensuring all assemblies meet the company’s quality standards
3. Reporting and resolving errors
4. Cleaning and detailing to the quality standard
5. Previous experience in machine, manufacturing or workshop environment beneficial

Working hours & Pay rate:

Production Operative – 07:30-16:00
Rate: £12.50 per hour
Overtime paid at £18.75 per hour for all hours worked over 40hrs

As of January 1st the pay rate will go up to £12.94 per hour with overtime paid at £19.41 for all hours worked over 40 hours.

Please note that the role is temporary to permanent and can go permanent for the right candidate depending upon the quality of work.
