Job description

Stafforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon.

About the Role

  • You will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coating.
  • Ensuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all times.
  • Finishing the components post coating using finishing processes.
  • Cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment.

Pay: £11.86 - £12.25 per hour

Shift Schedule:

  • First 4 weeks: 08:00 to 16:00
  • After 4 weeks: Alternating weekly shifts:
    • Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00
    • Week 2: 14:00 to 22:00

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

About You

  • Machining operations or manufacturing experience is required.
  • You have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically.
  • You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets.
  • Have good strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
