Job Title:Production Operative
Location:Shrewsbury
Hours:5am – 14:00pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
As the Production Operative your role will involve:
- Working on the production line
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Follow established procedures for product handling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality control
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced and any discrepancies encountered
Experience / Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics
- Experience in food production environments is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
