The role of the Production Operative will primarily involve operating manual and CNC-based machinery to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering products to customers all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating manual and CNC-based machinery to produce products according to specifications
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production
3. Operating a forklift truck (FLT) for loading and unloading materials
4. Banding, palletising, and bagging goods for shipment
5. Preparing products for loading onto delivery trucks
6. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
7. Reporting any machine faults or issues to the production supervisor
