Location: Lincolnshire (A46 / A15 area)

Salary: £22,687 + overtime

Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract

Due to further strategic expansion, opportunities have arisen for Production Operatives to join their manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Upon joining the organization, you will be assigned to a suitable department and play a key role in the manufacturing process. Duties may include assembly, adjusting, turning, grinding, or surface treatment of their product range.

In return, my client offers an excellent salary of £22,687 - £29,041, dependent on experience, and an additional 20% shift premium for late shifts. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern of earlies and lates with the following hours:

Morning Shift:
* Monday - Thursday: 6am - 1.35pm
* Friday: 6am - 12.45pm

Late Shift (20% shift premium):
* Monday - Thursday: 1.25pm - 9.05pm
* Friday: 12.35pm - 7pm
