We are seeking a Production Operative with a can-do attitude and a passion for excellence to join my client’s high-speed production team. As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic will be crucial in maintaining our fast-paced production schedule.

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our clients production of safety products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

Responsibilities (Production Operative):

1. Manufacture products by following the relevant process specification.
2. Set up a range of manufacturing equipment.
3. Operation of specialist manufacturing equipment to produce products.
4. Ensure the manufacturing area meets the required housekeeping standards.
5. Following standard operating procedures for manufacturing.

Skills & Experience (Production Operative):

1. Prior experience in General Production or manufacturing is preferred.
2. Hard working, committed individuals looking for longevity and a career.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Mechanical aptitude to operate factory equipment effectively.
