Location: Harworth, Nottinghamshire
Pay: £12.50 per hour (with pay increases as new skills are learned)
Working Hours:

1. Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2. Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (after 12 weeks)

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated Wire Rope Operatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on, practical environment and are eager to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Measuring, cutting, and pressing steel wire rope to precise specifications
2. Operating machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines
3. Checking finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
4. Keeping workstations clean, tidy, and well-organized
5. Following health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
