Futures are working with a thriving manufacturing business who are going through a period of continued growth looking to appoint a Production Operative. The successful Production Operative will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality standards are met across all production lines.

Production Operative roles and responsibilities:

1. Assembling, packing, or inspecting products to ensure quality compliance.
2. Following detailed instructions and adhering to production targets.
3. Operating hand tools.
4. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
5. Reporting any issues or faults to the team leader.
6. General housekeeping.
7. Supporting different areas of production to ensure products are delivered on time and to the expectation of the client.

The ideal Production Operative:

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
