Production Operative

SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for our client based in Grassington, permanent role.

Duties include:

1. To work as a pasteurising operator
2. Machine operating
3. Working on a production line
4. Training to be given in clean in places operator (CIP)
5. Packing products & labelling
6. Washing & cleaning machinery
7. Some heavy lifting may be required

Pay rate: £15.58 per hour to £16.08. Upon completion of 6 months of working, your pay rate will increase to £15.58 rising to £16.08 once full training has been completed. After 6 months probationary period, you will also receive a £450 bonus.

Working hours: 8 to 10 hours shifts with a variation of days, early starts, and later finishes, 40 hours over 5 days a week Monday to Saturday rotating.
