Job description

Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operatives on behalf of a Global Manufacturer located in Hykeham, Lincoln. We have various positions available in departments such as Bench, CNC Machining, Assembly, and Metal Preparation.

What will I be doing?

1. Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
2. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
3. Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

What skills and experience do I need?

1. Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
2. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
3. Strong attention to detail and quality.
4. Basic math and measurement skills.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What hours will I be working?
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts.
A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 1:35 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 12:45 pm
B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25 pm to 9:05 pm, Friday 12:35 pm to 7:00 pm

What will I be paid?
Pay is based on a grading system; however, the starting rates are below.
A Shift: Starting at £11.79 per hour.
B Shift: Starting at £12.79 per hour.
