Production Operative

We are looking for Food Production Operatives

Pay rate from £11.53 basic up to £14.41 overtime per hour.

Location: Carlisle - Gavaghan and Gray CA1 3NQ, Brunel House, Brunel Way

Immediate start

No Experience Needed.

We are looking for people who can work:

1. 4ON 4OFF Days OR Nights (Days 6AM - 6PM, Nights 6PM - 6AM)
2. Full Time (6AM - 2PM, 2PM - 10PM, 10PM - 6AM + Weekends)

Shift allowance:

1. Days +£1.10 per hour
2. Nights +£1.70 per hour
3. AM +£0.25 per hour
4. PM +£0.63 per hour
5. Nights +£1 per hour

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Carlisle.

The Role

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will include:

1. Packing of customer product as per required specification
2. Basic Quality checks of product
3. General production duties
4. Some lifting of product
5. Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
6. Work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
7. General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor

This is a fast-moving environment, and all team members must work while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.

About You

As a Food Production Operative, you will:

1. Be available to start immediately and be looking for long-term work
2. Not require previous food production experience
