Location: Outskirts of St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm with 2 x paid 15 minute breaks every day

Hourly Rate / Salary: £12.50 per hour (45 hour paid working week)

Benefits Once Permanent: Holiday Pay, Pension, Quarterly Bonus, Private Healthcare

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Our client, a leading manufacturer just outside of St Ives, is on the hunt for Production Operatives to join their busy team. You will be hands-on with machinery, assembling high-quality products and ensuring everything meets their high-quality standards. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge, and don’t mind getting stuck in, then this is the Production Operative role for you!

Job Duties:

1. Lifting of heavy products across the factory to various stations
2. Use of CNC Machines
3. Use of hand tools for fitting and fixing finished products together
4. Use of Power Coating machine
5. Final inspection of goods
6. Quality control
7. Packing orders

1. Previous experience with manufacturing desirable
2. Able to work well within a team
3. Fast-paced to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining professional standards
4. Have a keen eye for detail
5. Able to take own initiative
6. Be punctual
