X3 Production / Manufacturing Operatives Required

We are currently recruiting for x3 staff for our client based in ST, Staffordshire. Ideally, applicants should have experience within a busy manufacturing industry. Experienced in operating Agricultural plant (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance) experience would be advantageous to handle bulk products, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced in operating Agricultural plant such as (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance)
• Working within a manufacturing Environment
• Ideal from a farming background or Quarry Background
• Handling of raw materials
• Operating machines - cookers and crushers

Rate of Pay: £. per hour
Over Time: Monday - Saturday X2 Sundays.

Minimum requirements for Production Operator:

• Production / Manufacturing Experience
• Methodical Mindset
• Own transport - due to location

Hours of Work:
There are 3 Shift Patterns Available:

Shift 1:
Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, hours per week, days of work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week.

Shift 2:
Working hours are 4 x Night Shifts (4 on / 4 off). Average hours per week including weekends on rotation.

Shift 3:
Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, hours per week, days of work Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday each week.
