HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be leading the Leather Manufacturing workshop in London, creating products of exceptional quality and building an outstanding manufacturing facility and a motivated strong team.

Bespoke has been at the heart of our brand since its inception 130 years ago and the Walthamstow facility has played a key role is creating the most exquisite luxury goods for our clients for many years. This role will be required to support the sales of this category across our global network creating tools and education proposals to share with the sales teams to enable strong success in our network and to provide clients with the excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have considerable expertise within luxury and be familiar with the appropriate level of design, detail and finish. A strong sense of urgency and project management are all needed for success in this role.

The role is a dynamic one that requires confidence, fine-tuned attention to detail and a flexible 'no task is too big or too small' attitude for ultimate success in this collaborative and busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the Team of Leather craft makers in London and managing our leather workshop at Walthamstow. Working with other production teams in the brand and group to deliver our needs and align on strategy. Responsible for managing, coordinating and controlling the production and product development from Walthamstow.
• Contributing to the Bespoke and Custom sales globally through providing excellent customer experience and customer service. Working with quality control adhering to full compliance and sustainability.
• Managing the administrative duties of the business including raw materials, purchase orders, pricing, SKU creation, external contractors and ensuring we have the right resources in place to deliver the business expectation.
• Support the designing and developing the tools for the retail network that can easily showcase the opportunity of Bespoke and Custom.
• Regular reporting on production planning and forecasts in order to meet deadlines. Critical path and production planning focused is essential.
• Management of all points of sale collateral for Custom and Bespoke and overseeing timely delivery of these seasonal tools into market.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Experience in Production, Product Development, supplier management and outsourcing or similar role for a luxury brand. Strong experience of entire production and product development cycle.
• A strong leader with several years of experience in a senior management role in retail environment.
• Production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional quality control is essential for each of the products that we create.
• Strong leadership capability to inspire and drive the team to deliver high quality products on time and within budget.
• Critical path focused.
• Deep understanding of luxury environment.
• Knowledge of luxury market.
• Multi-region / market exposure and experience.
