Production Manager - Oxfordshire - c£50,000- £55,000

Overview: Are you a Shift Production Manager who can demonstrate experience of developing people and making improvements within the factory? This is a great opportunity for you to work with a leading player in their field.

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products meet the highest standards. You'll lead a team of Shift Leaders and supervisors to ensure your shift hits all the daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Experience Required:

1. Manufacturing experience, ideally food or FMCG but others will be considered too
2. Ability to manage teams.
3. Strong communication skills
4. Personal drive and motivation to succeed

Role/Responsibilities:

1. Day to day production responsibility of managing your team in the factory.
2. Developing plans to deliver cost effective manufacturing for the site.
3. Training and developing your team to become multiskilled within the factory.
4. Health and safety - working to high standards GMP.
5. Ensure waste targets are met and if not, corrective action takes place.
