Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage their engineering production operations. The Production Manager will have a proven track record in production management within the engineering industry (or similar) and possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for efficiency and quality.

The Production Manager will lead and mentor a team of 40 across welding, laser operations, machining, fitting, and goods in. With the assistance of the deputy production manager, you will help mentor and empower your team to create a self-motivated environment.

The Production Manager will work closely with the operations manager and general manager to analyze and improve production processes, focusing on efficiency, costs, and quality using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

The Production Manager will collaborate with the production planner and procurement manager to ensure the smooth running of production while controlling stock.
