Production Manager

AM2PM are currently recruiting a production manager on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients in the Runcorn area.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, adherence to health and safety regulations, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The Production Manager will play a crucial role in driving throughput, optimizing machine efficiencies, and maintaining a high-performance culture within the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, manage, and develop the production team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement and product authenticity.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, creating a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor and drive production throughput, ensuring that targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Optimize machine efficiencies to maximize productivity while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure machinery is running at optimal levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancements.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of customer orders.
