40,000 - 60,000 + Progression + High Autonomy + Days Based
Factory Based. Commutable from Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Shaftesbury and surrounding areas.

The Role:

1. Overall management of pulleys, gears and sprocket department
2. Manufacture of small batch quantities with a fast turnaround
3. 25 direct reports
4. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
