To contribute to the deployment and qualification, including hosting building and set-up of production means (integration workshops electromechanically modules integration including tests benches).
To lead the deployment and qualification of Industry 4.0 initiatives dedicated to productions in total collaboration with the Business Line (BL).
To recruit and manage a core team of industrial engineers and technicians that will be in charge of the production (production, supply chain, logistics...).
To organize the training of the team in France.
To monitor the progress of the local supply chain qualification in line with the production plan.
To prepare the serial production, including the qualification of internal industrial processes and the deployment.
To train the team in LEAN and 5S management and ensure the application of best practices.
To contribute to other projects linked to means/facilities linked to qualification, testing, or production (such as offsets projects).
To lead the serial production for domestic and export programs.
To guarantee the respect of processes and quality standards in line with Thales.
To set-up and monitor through KPIs a plan of continuous improvement to maximize the competitiveness of the local production.
To contribute to the next localization phases to improve the 'In Country Value.'
If necessary, to support the offset and finance teams to prepare the offsets credits claim letters on projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work Experience Requirements
More than 15 years of industrial management of complex devices for defense and/or space applications.
Experience in RF measurement, modules and active antennas integration, and complex testing campaigns.
Successful international experience highly appreciated.
Master/engineering degree in electronics and/or industrial management.
