Role Description:
The Production Managers within the Region are a critical part of the team ensuring the safety, efficiency and welfare of the industrial staff.
The role includes working with the other PMs, the SPOC, and the Technical staff within the region to ensure our staff are equipped with the correct tools and equipment to work safely and effectively on both planned work and incoming reactive fault work.
The role involves managing industrial staff working on electricity distribution networks undertaking both planned & reactive duties, ensuring that we meet our targets & goals, particularly focusing on ensuring continuous improvements on OSHA targets, achieving the 12-hour restoration target & assisting with improving our LV & HV restoration performance.
Along with a competitive salary between £41,176 + £7,276 (banked) to £49,665 +£8,755 (banked).
