Our client is a growing startup that has been expanding for the past 5 years, specializing in woodworking and joinery for retail and events displays. There is now room for a Production Manager to join the team in Aylesbury.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage production across all stages, ensuring timescales and KPIs are met.
• Manage contractors and freelancers on site.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage health and safety on site.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers, as well as outsource for additional needs.
• Occasional site visits, primarily in London.
• Manage CNC machinists and the finishing department.
• Produce quotes, negotiate prices, purchase equipment and materials, and manage stock.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a project management or production management role.
• Knowledge of woodworking or joinery environments.
• Knowledge of the retail, exhibition, and events sector would be beneficial.
