Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a small workshop team
• Get involved in CAD Design - reviewing and creating drawings when necessary
• Programming CNC woodworking Machinery
• Improve Production Efficiency - reducing wastage and costs
• Organize and manage production schedules

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Must have a background in joinery and/or carpentry
• Experience supervising or managing a workshop team
• Ability to create and understand CAD Drawings
• Ability to program CNC Machinery
• The motivation to take a small company to new heights
