Role: Production Manager
Location: Crondall, Farnham

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm

Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting a winery in search for a Head of Production / Production Manager. You will be involved with the production of a range of quality wines, including sparkling & still from vineyards across the UK.

What's involved?

• Manage all production & warehouse operations
• Oversee bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling & warehousing
• Maintenance & repair on high spec winery machinery
• Stock control & ordering
• Review, update and implement SOPs
• Manage small team of production operations
• Heavy lifting up to 20kg

Forklift license is desirable but not essential - the company is willing to provide training.

Wine experience is preferred; if not, then previous work with liquid production or a brewery is acceptable.
