Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading manufacturing company in Derbyshire to recruit an experienced and dynamic Production Manager. This pivotal role reports directly to the Operations Director and will oversee a team of approximately 60 employees. Our client is looking for someone who is a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive change and improvement in production environments.

Salary: £50,000 p.a

1. IOSH Managing Safely
2. Experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
3. Experience of using best practice techniques
4. Strong people management skills, able to motivate and influence
5. Drive a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
6. Working knowledge of implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
