Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a small workshop team
• Get involved in CAD Design - reviewing and creating drawings when necessary
• Programming CNC woodworking machinery
• Improve production efficiency - reducing wastage and costs
• Organize and manage production schedules

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Must have a background in joinery and/or carpentry
• Experience supervising or managing a workshop team
• Ability to create and understand CAD drawings
• Ability to program CNC machinery
• Motivation to take a small company to new heights
