Production Manager

Seniro Salmon are searching for a Production Manager to work for our Client in Alfreton whose ethos is all about the culture within the working environment.

The correct candidates for this role will have experience in ensuring that the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities Of The Job Include

1. Planning and organising production schedules
2. Assessing project and resource requirements
3. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
4. Overseeing production processes
5. Supervising and managing the work of junior staff

Candidate Must Have Experience In The Following

1. People Management
2. Lean / 5S Experience Essential
3. Worked within Manufacturing, engineering would be ideal
4. Have experience being self-motivated and self-managed
