Production Machine Operator - Fixed Nights

Location: PE28, Cambridgeshire

Pay: Up to £16.80 per hour (£772 per week)

Shift Pattern:

• Monday & Tuesday nights, plus Thursday & Friday nights (19:15 - 07:15)
• Full-time, weekly paid, 46 guaranteed hours per week
• Six-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent position

This is an opportunity to work in a modern, high-tech manufacturing facility near Huntingdon. We are looking for motivated individuals with production experience who are ready to take on the responsibility of leading a production line, ensuring targets are met, and managing a team effectively.

• Set up and operate production machines to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed and temperature
• Minimize waste and promptly report any machine issues to the Shift Manager
• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support hygiene and safety protocols

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills with a good understanding of English
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong work ethic
