Production Machine Operator – Days

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Pay: Up to £14.40 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off day shift (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM)
• Full-time, weekly paid
• 42 guaranteed hours per week

Key Responsibilities: Production Machine Operator – Days - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

• Operate and set up production machines to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitor and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature) for optimal performance
• Minimize waste and promptly report machine issues to the Shift Manager
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For: Production Machine Operator – Days - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills with a good understanding of English
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic
