Machine Process Operative
Location: Fakenham
Shifts: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Day & Night Shifts Available: 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00)
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £15.99 per hour

Cooper Lomaz is working with a client to recruit Machine Process Operatives for multiple positions, with both day and night shifts available. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Machine Process Operative, you will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting production machinery to maintain high-quality output and efficiency. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to production schedules to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
2. Follow SOPs and adhere to production schedules to achieve quality and productivity targets.
3. Maintain accurate records of production activities.
4. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
5. Identify and report machinery malfunctions or production issues promptly.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Key Skills & Experience Required

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
2. Proven ability to monitor and adjust production machinery effectively.
3. Familiarity with SOPs and production schedules.
4. Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
