Commutable from Huntingdon, Kimbolton, Biggleswade, Cambridge.

Salary: £48,000 to £50,000 DOE + Early Finish on Friday + Training + Life Assurance + Free Parking.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking to join a rapidly expanding business that invests heavily in their staff with training and development.

Established over 40 years ago, this market-leading manufacturing company is known in their industry for providing the highest quality of products. Due to a continuously expanding workload, they now require a Production Engineer to join their team.

Within this role, you will be part of a specialist production engineering team. You will use software packages to fully engineer a wide range of components ready for manufacture, building strong relationships with the on-site manufacturing team as well as the design and quality engineers.

The Role:

• Liaise with both production and design teams to support the economic and efficient manufacturing of components. Review intent parts for tolerances and suitability for manufacture, design machining fixtures for production components using 3D modelling software, and produce CNC programs using hyperMILL software.
• Work hours: 40hrs a week, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm.
