Production Coordinator

Walker Cole International is searching for a Production Coordinator on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Hertfordshire region. As Production Coordinator, you will ensure manufacturing targets are met while adhering to GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure goals are met.
2. Assist with introducing new products and train staff.
3. Oversee equipment and support production activities (from small-scale pre-clinical production to large-scale commercial manufacturing).
4. Provide technical support and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a relevant scientific subject (Engineering, Chemistry etc.)
2. Strong technical background in any regulated industry.
3. Proven experience mentoring and training junior staff in a manufacturing environment.

Please note, this role involves rotating shifts (Morning, Day, Night) from Monday to Friday.
