Position Overview

In the current exciting and dynamic context of constant new trends, services and technologies

being introduced, we are seeking a passionate, bright and motivated individual to join the

The position will report to the Marketing Manager for EMEA Special Projects & Events

and he or she will assist the team in the development and execution of all seasonal brand campaigns, initiatives & events across fashion, home and hospitality.

Working within the EMEA Marketing department in London, you will support with the 360 project management and production of exceptional brand platforms as part of wider marketing strategies in order to strengthen our brand equity and desirability whilst acquiring and securing the loyalty of our customers.

Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager, Special Projects & Events, you will:

• Support with the Marketing planning and execution of 360 branding and engagement platforms to the highest of standards

• Assist with the production and delivery of key Global Brand Moments & Hospitality Pop-Ups taking place across Europe

• Assist with the creation of key production documents including meeting agendas, critical paths, timelines, taskforces and schedules to ensure seamless internal communication of events with key stakeholders

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless implementation of all operational logistics (Creative, Operations, Hospitality, Retail, Asset Protection, Legal, Procurement…)

• Own the coordination of all key logistics surrounding initiatives & events:

➢ Pre-event duties include but not limited to: assisting with building & tracking project budgets, creating event briefs, sourcing new vendors & cultivating strong supplier relationships, AV briefing, casting models and hosts, gifting, uniforming, inventory management and supporting with pre-event deliveries & logistics

➢ Post-event duties include assisting with the budget reconciliation and payment process, arranging post-event logistics and supporting with key internal and external post-project debriefs.

• Perform regular research into Special Event industry best practices, sharing key trends and insights with the team to drive brand innovation and excitement

• Build relationships with key departments through excellence in etiquette and communications to ensure that all marketing activities are optimized.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two full strategic cycles of previous experience in a similar function

• Experience within the luxury fashion industry or production agency preferred

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines, whilst dealing with ambiguity and change

• Demonstrates high degree of initiative and resourcefulness

• A creative problem solver who is energetic in their approach and proactive in bringing in new ideas to the table

• Demonstrates poise, good judgment, and a consistently positive attitude, especially under pressure

• Organized, responsible and enthusiastic

• Willing to go the extra mile to deliver on responsibilities

• Interest & understanding of the fashion industry (with a focus on luxury) and competitor activity

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
