Job Title: Production Assistant (Awards Programmes)
Reports to: Production Manager
Contract Type: Full time, Fixed-term contract
Dates: 17 February - 23 May 2025
Deadline: 6 January 2025
Interviews: W/C 13 January 2025
Job Location: Hybrid working (two-four fixed days in the London E2 office a week)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday (9:30am-5:30pm)*
*Flexibility will be required when working to deadlines and Judging period 17th- 22nd May 2025 on-site at County Hall for D&AD Awards Judging and Southbank Centre for D&AD Festival and Ceremony. Flexibility is also needed while working in the office.

The D&AD Awards showcase the world’s best creative work across commercial design, advertising, production, and craft disciplines, judged by over 260 global creative leaders, practitioners, and innovators. Similarly, D&AD’s New Blood Awards attract thousands of entries from students and emerging creatives worldwide.
We’re looking for an ambitious Production Assistant to join our Awards and New Blood team, it’ll be your job to help support the administration and delivery of the D&AD Awards and New Blood Awards and make sure each piece of work submitted by our entrants is of the right standard and requirements to be judged.
