The Company you will be working for:
Our client is an established and successful company based in Durham. They are currently looking for a Production Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a full time position working 12 hour shifts from 06:00-18:00, 4 days on, 4 off.
The Role you will be doing:
* Corresponding with the shop and floor shift leaders to resolve any queries
* Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all jobs meet customer requirements
* Processing Customers Sales orders
* Managing orders through the production and dispatch process
* Printing and sorting factory work orders
* Completing work orders on the factory internal systems
* General Admin tasks.
About you:
* Able to work 12 hour shifts from 06:00-18:00, 4 days on, 4 off
* Experience working in a production/office role
* Customer service experience
* Experience in order processing, stock management, and warehousing in a production environment
* Experience using and interrogating business computer systems
* Strong teamwork skills
* Computer literate
