The Company you will be working for;

Our client is an established and successful company based in Durham. They are currently looking for a Production Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts from 06:00-18:00, 4 days on, 4 off. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.

The Role you will be doing;

  • Corresponding with the shop and floor shift leaders to resolve any queries
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all jobs meet customer requirements
  • Processing Customers Sales orders
  • Managing orders through the production and dispatch process
  • Printing and sorting factory work orders
  • Completing work orders on the factory internal systems
  • General Admin tasks.
About you;

  • Able to work 12-hour shifts from 06:00-18:00, 4 days on, 4 off
  • Experience working in a production/office role
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in order processing, stock management, and warehousing in a production environment
  • Experience using and interrogating business computer systems
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Computer literate
