Department Description
The Information Technology Department is responsible for all technology services within the firm. The department is a business services function that supports and contributes to the objectives of the legal practice. Members of this department are expected to fit into the firm's culture and be committed to providing a high quality of service to our customers.
Role Overview
The document management system (NetDocuments) along with other systems are used to manage documents, form a key strategic document products set/platform for creating, managing, and delivering our client product and content.
The Product Specialist will create new and update the existing Inclusionary InTapp Walls, conduct quarterly and semi-annual audits to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding the current and upcoming functions, designs, implementation and ongoing management and continuous improvement of NetDocuments and other associated applications. This includes communicating status and information to all levels of team members, vendors, and stakeholders, maintaining documentation, managing, and executing tasks for initiatives related to NetDocuments and other associated applications.
The Product Specialist supports and improves critical business and technology processes by managing the administration, enhancements, and maintenance of Inclusionary InTapp Walls, NetDocuments, and other associated applications. This person works closely with the product vendor, and is responsible for fully documenting, maintaining, training, and applying changes with agreed upon design decisions and processes, and to ensure the architecture and engineering best practices are followed and delivered as part of the Document Products.
This individual will serve as a key liaison to the vendors, understanding stakeholder needs and concerns, and how InTapp Walls, NetDocuments, and other associated applications can support and meet the objectives. This individual also anticipates business needs and can respond quickly with various solution options when business priorities change, by articulating complex technical matters in easy to understand and business facing terms.
