Description
  • Helping to deliver the best software solutions to our 13,000+ customer base through innovative and industry-leading products.
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction internally and externally.

Main ResponsibilitiesProduct
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
  • Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Planning and prioritising product backlog and development for the product.
  • Working with the Product Director to define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Being responsible for producing a clear Release Plan and monitoring performance against the agreed release dates.
  • Researching and analysing market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
  • Following our competitors and the industry.
  • Keeping abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
  • Effectively own and producing the communication with stakeholders and deliver sprint and release reviews.
  • Acting as the ‘proxy customer’ and represent Stakeholders within the team to ensure that developments meet the business requirements and are fit for purpose.
Responsible for:
  • Attending training, listening to guidance & communications and other resources to understand your responsibilities in relation to the processing and protection of Personal Information and comply with Company policy.
  • Being aware of how to identify risks and the regulatory requirements relating to Personal Information processed and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate and manage them.
Leadership
  • Responsible for behaving in a manner that supports the Company values and being a great role model.
  • Responsible for own personal development & tracking own performance.
