Product Owner - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

A leading insurance firm is looking to hire a contract Product Owner to support the implementation of a globally aligned enterprise governance, risk and compliance tool.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have extensive experience in acting as a Product owner / delivery lead within a team focusing on Technology SAAS related projects/programs of work.
2. Have extensive experience in acting as a Product Owner with a focus on Regulatory and Risk Management initiatives.
3. Experience with data governance, integrity, lineage & management.
4. Considerable relevant industry or functional experience in Insurance, including in Specialty, Commercial.
5. Experience shaping global operating models/frameworks and ensuring their effective adoption.
6. Track record of implementing solutions and changes with realised, measurable value.
7. Experienced Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working in Agile teams.
8. Demonstrable experience of mentoring and supporting less experienced Product Owners / Product Analysts.
9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Extensive experience of management of third-party suppliers and development teams.
11. Experience with EGRC and associated processes, governance etc.
12. Exposure to IBM OpenPages is desirable.
