A global, leading digital consultancy is seeking an ERP focused Product Owner.
The role demands expertise in product ownership and a consultative approach. It necessitates a blend of business acumen and stakeholder engagement, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of ERP products and their functionality.
This role is remote with occasional travel to client sites in either London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.
£55,000 - £70,000 budget (depending on level of experience) + £4kbonus + other benefits.
Experience as a product owner in Agile teams, particularly in integrated application environments (e.g., ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Sage, D365, and others). This experience is essential; please do not apply if you do not have ERP experience.
Strong expertise in delivering transformation initiatives and implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies in legacy environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
Leadership experience and hands-on knowledge in project management and financial forecasting.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Experience with clients undergoing organizational redesign alongside technology transformations.
Success in working with offshore teams to deliver high-impact, remote solutions.
Agile, IT service management, and/or project management certifications.
Key responsibilities
Driving Product-Centric Transformation: Oversee ERP initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver maximum value.
Agile Delivery Mastery: Lead Agile transformations, adapt delivery models, and design solutions that combine Agile and DevOps practices.
Product Ownership Excellence: Use your deep ERP (Oracle, SAP S/4 HANA, Dynamics, etc.) knowledge to craft tailored solutions, balancing technical capabilities with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower project teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
