What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Product Owner, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional products that delight users and achieve business goals. From defining product roadmaps to working with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that Hawk-Eye’s solutions continue to lead the way in sports officiating and broadcast enhancements worldwide.

Each day, you’ll:

• Collaborate with users, clients, and stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into product requirements.

• Shape the product vision and roadmap, prioritising features and backlog items to guide Agile engineering teams.

• Write detailed requirements and user acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to maintain consistency across the product portfolio.

• Ensure training, documentation, and testing are completed to enable seamless roll-outs.

• Monitor product performance and support troubleshooting to meet customer SLAs.

• Research market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy.

• Act as an ambassador for your product, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.

• Occasionally travel internationally to meet users and gather insights.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Must-Have Skills:

  • 2+ years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.

  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products.

  • Proven ability to write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience defining product roadmaps and aligning with business goals.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with products that combine software and hardware.

  • Experience with sports-related technologies or data feeds.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Scrum or Kanban environments.

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies.
