We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Product Owner to join our expanding product team. As we embark on a journey to scale and achieve significant growth over the coming years, this role will be pivotal in driving product excellence and aligning our roadmap with ambitious business objectives. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technical execution, collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that fuel growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy
   1. Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
   2. Align product goals with the company’s overall business objectives.
2. Backlog Management
   1. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer needs.
   2. Ensure backlog items are well-defined, actionable, and deliver clear business value.
   3. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and establish clear acceptance criteria.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
   1. Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and translating it into actionable features.
   2. Work with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, competitor analysis, and user behaviour.
4. Delivery
   1. Ensure the development team delivers backlog items on time.
   2. Participate in project management practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
   3. Make decisions regarding the priority of backlog items to ensure timely delivery.
   4. Provide clear communication to stakeholders about progress, risks, and changes.
   5. Review deliverables to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and business goals.

Qualifications

1. Experience:
   1. 3+ years in a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
   2. Proven track record of delivering software products or digital solutions.
2. Skills:
   1. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
   2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
   3. Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Trello, or Asana).
   4. Ability to analyse data and user feedback to drive decisions.
