Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Permanent Role in the UK)

About the Role:

We are looking for two dynamic and process-driven Product Owners to join our client, for an exciting 6-month contract. As a Product Owner, you will work across multiple teams to drive the transition from functional to cross-functional teams while supporting high-level stakeholders, including the COO and CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and thrives in strong decision-making and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead multiple Product Owner teams simultaneously in a transitional phase, driving a shift from functional to cross-functional teams.
2. Work closely with senior stakeholders (including CEO and COO) to align the product vision and ensure delivery.
3. Bring e-commerce/marketplace experience to the table, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet the demands of retail and marketplace platforms.
4. Drive process improvements and help introduce a more structured approach, bringing agility to the team even in a non-traditional agile environment.
5. Collaborate effectively with marketing and other departments, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
6. Work in a fast-paced, chaotic environment where the ability to make quick decisions and act with confidence is key.
7. Shape and define product strategy while supporting teams in executing against business goals.

Who You Are:

1. You have strong experience in retail, marketplace, or e-commerce industries.
2. You have a process-driven mindset, with a passion for fixing chaos and implementing structured frameworks.
3. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
4. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can interact confidently with senior leadership.
5. Strong decision-maker with the ability to move quickly and get things done.
6. Comfortable working in a tech environment, but you do not need to be highly technical.
7. You are a self-starter, capable of driving change and taking ownership of multiple teams.
8. Experience working with Slack and Discord for internal communication is a plus.
